MyTribes

Mytribes.org is a social platform, somehow similar to Facebook, Instagram or others, aiming to build acquaintances among single components of wide family groups, to which we’ll refer as TRIBES. Each one of us belongs to many tribes, moving back in the past across generations: the closest ones are the two tribes of our parents, four considering our grandparents, eight considering the grand-grandparents, and so forth.. using math, the number of tribes we can be related to are 2^n, being n the number of generations we can trace back. We might feel stronger belonging to few of them, for instance when considering our family name, but for sure we carry 1/2^n of the genes of one person who lived n generations in the past, maybe in the previous century or in those even before, and the same genes relate us to hundreds of people around the world, close or far relatives of us, some of them are known to us, some of them are not, some of them are alive, some of them belong to the past and passed away, some of them we might like, some less.
